UK’s School of Journalism and Telecommunications hosting Alumni Symposium tonight

The University of Kentucky School of Journalism and Telecommunications is hosting the tenth annual ISC Alumni Symposium, Monday, March 25 at 5:30 p.m. in the Niles Gallery of the Lucille Caudill Little Fine Arts Library.

For those interested in a career in Integrated Strategic Communications, the Richard G. Wilson Integrated Strategic Communications Symposium will feature five University of Kentucky graduates who have careers in the field and work in the Nashville market.

Tonight’s guests, according to UKnow, include, “Clif Dickens of Hospital Corporation of America, Justin Donahue of Jung Youth Music, Sloane Cavitt Logue of Show Dog-Universal Music, Leah Mackey Schultz of ACS Advertising, a Xerox Company, and Carolyn Petredis Wasky of MoreDirect, Inc.”

All five panelists presently work in some area of advertising, sales, public relations or event planning. The symposium was created by former Courier Journal reporter and Kentucky Journalism Hall of Fame member, Richard G. Wilson, when he was on faculty at UK as the school’s director.
