Quick Lunch: Spicy Veggies & Grilled Tilapia

What you will need:bclveggies
3-4 tilapia fillets
1 onion
1 tomato
8 oz of white and gold corn
garlic
salt
tabasco sauce

Preparation:
Grill tilapia fillets seasoned with salt, add diced garlic. Remove when both garlic and tilapia are golden.
In a separate pan: a dot of canola oil, add onions. Once onions are golden add diced tomatoes, mix. Add corn and mix. Add a pinch of salt and sprinkle tabasco sauce over the veggies. Lay veggies over fillets and enjoy.

This dish is light and quick, making it perfect for summer. The tomato adds a juicy texture to the veggies, while the corn adds crunchiness. Add tabasco sauce as you wish.
