Last night the visiting New Orleans Pelicans beat the Chicago Bulls 131-128 in triple overtime. Guard Jrue Holiday of the Pelicans drove to the basket with less than 5 seconds left and drew the foul from Bulls forward Taj Gibson and hit the bucket. Holiday went to the line and hit the free throw as well, giving him 19 points on the game and he added 12 assists. Teammate forward Ryan Anderson helped by adding 36, who filled in for Anthony Davis, who is out with a broken hand. Forward Loul Deng of the Bulls led all in scoring with 37. As the Pelicans dropped the Bulls to improve to 9-8.
